“双高计划”高职院校校长任职特征及对高职院校校长选拔的启发——基于江苏45位高职院校校长数据的分析

摘　　要：为探究“双高计划”高职院校校长的任职特征和成长规律,对江苏高职院校45位校长的简历进行分析。结果显示,“双高计划”高职院校校长80%来自江苏省中部,初任校长的平均年龄为49.4岁,职场生涯平均为32年,90%左右的高职校长的职业生涯起点多元,但80%左右的人就任前拥有过在高校(含本科、高职院校)的工作经历,晋升来源主要是本校提任或平级调任。就教育经历而言,拥有博士学位者占42.2%;大多数校长为单学科背景,以理工科为主。研究结论为如何选拔高职院校校长提出了参考和建议。In order to explore the characteristics and career development of the presidents in“double-high plan”higher vocational colleges,this study analyzed the resumes of 45 presidents of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the 80%of the presidents of higher vocational colleges come from Central Jiangsu province,the average age of the president in higher vocational colleges when they first assumed the top leadership was about 49.4 years old.It had taken about 32 years of the careers,and 90%of the presidents of higher vocational colleges have multiple career starting points,80%of them had work experience in colleges(including undergraduate or higher vocational colleges),and the main source of promotion is the school’s promotion or transfer at the same level.As for education background,42.2%of the presidents owned doctoral degrees,and most of the presidents have a single-discipline background,mainly in science,engineering.Practical implications were provided regarding training president talents in higher vocational colleges.
