摘　　要：虚不受补问题临床常见,迫切需要相关理论指导以解决。文章系统梳理了虚不受补理论的研究现状,界定虚不受补的内涵,分析了导致虚不受补的原因及解决对策等研究成果及存在的不足,发现顺性补虚研究提炼了传统中医补虚理论的精华,但对虚不受补之“虚”的内涵研究存在泛化、局限化以及补虚机制研究不够深入等问题。文章在准确界定虚不受补概念及内涵的基础上,提出立足人体自我调节机制的研究方向,以期进一步深化理论研究,更好地指导虚证的治疗。The problems of deficiency syndrome failing to tolerate invigorating therapy are common in clinical practice,which urgently need relevant theoretical guidance to solve.This paper systematically combs the research status of the theory of‘deficiency syndrome failing to tolerate invigorating therapy’,defines its connotation,and analyzes the research results and problems in the aspects of causes and countermeasures.It is found that the research on tonifying deficiency in accordance with nature has refined the essence of the theory of tonifying deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are some problems such as generalization and limitationin in the study of the connotation of‘Xu’and insufficient in-depth study of the mechanism of tonifying deficiency.On the basis of accurately defining the concept and connotation of the theory,this paper puts forward the research direction based on the self-regulation mechanism of human body,in order to further deepen the theoretical research and better guide the treatment of deficiency syndrome.
