中国农村居民食品氮足迹的时空格局及其影响因素

摘  要:基于全国和地区农村居民家庭人均食品消费量调查数据以及人均食品氮足迹测算,运用ArcGIS空间统计分析、地理探测器因子探测等方法,分析2001—2020年中国农村居民家庭人均食品氮足迹的时空格局及其驱动因素。结果表明:(1)人均食品氮足迹的总量变化较小。(2)食品生产氮足迹所占的比重最大。(3)植物性、动物性食品生产氮足迹比重升降趋势较明显,二者相互抵消使得食品生产氮足迹的比重增加缓慢。(4)人均植物性食品消费、生产氮足迹占人均食品氮足迹的比重大。(5)人均食品氮足迹的集聚效应显著,具有明显的地域性,高值区与中国牛羊肉的主要生产、消费区空间分布一致。(6)人均牛羊肉生产量、消费量是人均食品氮足迹等空间分异的主要影响因素,人均粮食消费量、平均家庭户规模也具有一定影响。Based on national and regional survey data of per capita food consumption,as well as estimation for per capita food nitrogen footprint from rural households,this paper gives an analysis about spatio-temporal pattern and its driving forces on per capita nitrogen footprint from rural households in China during 2001—2020,which by applying methods of ArcGIS spatial statistics analysis and factor detector of Geodetector.Results are reported as following:(1) The quantity of per capita food nitrogen footprint has not changed much.(2) Food production nitrogen footprint accounts for the largest proportion of the per capita food nitrogen footprint.(3) The proportion of plant and animal food production nitrogen footprint tends to rise and fall more obviously,and they offset each other which making the proportion of food production nitrogen footprint increase slowly.(4) Per capita nitrogen footprint of plant food consumption and production accounts for a large proportion of per capita food nitrogen footprint.(5) The agglomeration effect of per capita food nitrogen footprint is significant,and which has obvious territoriality.High-value regions of per capita food nitrogen footprint are just consistent with main production and consumption regions of beef and mutton in China.(6) Per capita production and consumption of beef and mutton are main factors for spatial differentiation of per capita food nitrogen footprint.In addition,per capita grain consumption and average household size have a certain impact on it.
