锈赤扁谷盗的全长转录组测序分析

摘　　要：锈赤扁谷盗是一种世界性储粮害虫,但对其分子生物学方面的基础研究较少。研究基于PacBio Iso-Seq平台对锈赤扁谷盗进行全长转录组测序,并对其数据进行生物学分析。测序数据经过校正后,锈赤扁谷盗全长转录组平均长度为1845.06 bp,N50长度为2130 bp;经去冗余后,获得转录本32855条。在Nr、KEGG、KOG、Swiss-Prot四大数据库中,分别有29404、27794、20286、21197条转录本被注释;其中,19346条转录本在4个数据库中均有注释,29416条转录本至少在一个数据库中有注释,占总数的89.53%。此外,经鉴定,获得1139个转录因子(TFs)、2636条长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)和4197个SSR,预测后获得32800条CDS。Cryptolestes ferrugineus is a worldwide grain storage pest,but there are few basic studies on its molecular biology.In this study,we sequenced the full-length transcriptome of C.ferrugineus based on PacBio Iso-Seq platform and analyzed the data biologically.After the sequencing data were corrected,the average length of the full-length transcriptome was 1845.06 bp,and the N50 length was 2130 bp;after redundancy removal,32855 transcripts were obtained.Among the four major databases,Nr,KEGG,KOG and Swiss-Prot,29404,27794,20286 and 21197 transcripts were annotated respectively;among them,19346 transcripts were annotated in all four databases,and 29416 transcripts were annotated in at least one database,accounting for 89.53%of the total.In addition,1139 transcription factors(TFs),2636 long-stranded non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)and 4197 SSR were identified,and 32800 CDS were obtained after prediction.
