摘  要:目的探究在手术室临床教学中应用案例教学结合标准化病人的效果。方法从2019年1月—2022年1月于荆州市第三人民医院手术室实习的医学生中选取140名进行分析。计算机1∶1随机数列均分组别,基础组70名接受常规教学,研究组70名接受案例教学+标准化病人教学。比较两组考评结果、学习积极性、综合素质、临床思维能力、临床胜任能力及教师满意度评分。结果实践组的考评结果理论知识、单项操作等得分均高于基础组;实践组的学习积极性较基础组明显更高;实践组的综合素质应变能力、人文关怀及沟通协作等评分均高于基础组;实践组的临床思维能力各项评分均高于基础组;实践组的临床知识掌握、病情观察能力及查体诊疗能力等评分均高于基础组;实践组的带教能力、人文关怀等教师满意度评分均高于基础组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将案例教学联合标准化病人应用于手术室临床教学期间可提高医学生的学习积极性、综合素质以及临床胜任能力,还能使医学生对教师教学的满意度不断提高,培养其临床思维能力,提高考评成绩。Objective To explore the effects of case teaching combined with standardized patients in operating room clinical teaching.Methods A total of 140 medical students who practiced in the operating room of Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected for analysis.Computer 1:1 random series were used to divided the students into groups,with 70 students in the basic group and 70 students in the practice group using case teaching and standardized patient teaching.The evaluation results,learning enthusiasm,comprehensive quality,clinical thinking ability,clinical competence and teacher satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the practice group in theoretical knowledge and single operation were higher than those of the basic group.The learning enthusiasm of the practice group is obviously higher than that of the basic group.The scores of the practice group were higher than those of the basic group in comprehensive quality,humanistic care,communication and cooperation.The scores of clinical thinking ability of the practice group were higher than those of the basic group.The scores of clinical knowledge,disease observation ability,physical examination and diagnosis ability of the practice group were higher than those of the basic group.The satisfaction scores of teachers such as teaching ability and humanistic care in the practice group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching combined with standardized patients in the clinical teaching of operating room can improve the learning enthusiasm,comprehensive quality and clinical competence of medical students,improve their satisfaction with teachers'teaching,cultivate their clinical thinking ability and improve their evaluation results.
