摘 要:目的评定以案例为基础以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在口腔种植学教学中的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月在福建医科大学附属口腔医院学习的口腔种植医学生20名作为对照组,选取2021年1—12月在福建医科大学附属口腔医院学习的口腔种植医学生20名作为试验组。对照组予以常规教学方案,试验组予以案例为基础PBL教学方案。评定医学生考核成绩与教学方法满意度指标两组间存在的差异状况。结果经考核成绩评定:试验组综合成绩、临床操作技能成绩、理论知识成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经满意度评定:试验组调动学习主动性、掌握临床基础知识、提高临床操作技能、教学方法等满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经判断性思维评定:试验组求知欲、分析能力、寻找真相及总分等高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论开展口腔种植教学中施以案例为基础PBL教学方案,能取得较好的教学成绩,促使学生更加满意教学方案,且可更好地培养医学生的判断性思维,意义重大。Objective To evaluate the effect of case-based problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of dental implantology.Methods A total of 20 dental implant medical students studying in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 20 dental implant medical students studying in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given the conventional teaching plan,while the experimental group was given the case-based PBL teaching plan.The differences between medical students'examination results and satisfaction index of teaching methods were evaluated.Results Assessed by examination results:the comprehensive scores,clinical operation skills and theoretical knowledge of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).According to the satisfaction evaluation,the satisfaction rate of mobilizing learning initiative,mastering basic clinical knowledge,improving clinical operation skills and teaching methods was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed higher thirst for knowledge,analytical ability,truth seeking and total score,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based PBL teaching scheme in oral implantology teaching can achieve better teaching results,make students more satisfied with the teaching scheme,and improve the medical students'judgment thinking,which is of great significance.
