摘　　要：目的探讨NSCLC患者膜突蛋白(Ezrin)、膜结构伸展刺突蛋白(Moesin)表达及其临床意义。方法选取NSCLC患者120例为研究对象,所有对象均同意术中留取病灶组织标本及癌旁组织。分析Ezrin和Moesin蛋白在NSCLC组织、癌旁组织中表达,及其与性别、年龄、组织学类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移、吸烟史、分化程度等指标的关系,并记录随访12个月的生存情况。结果NSCLC组织Ezrin、Moesin阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.696,P=0.000;χ^(2)=28.254,P=0.000)。Ezrin、Moesin在不同临床分期、淋巴结转移中比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ezrin、Moesin阳性表达在不同性别、年龄、组织学类型、分化程度方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且Ezrin、Moesin阳性表达与吸烟史无关(P>0.05)。随访1年Ezrin、Moesin阳性表达患者其生存率均显著低于对应阴性表达者(χ^(2)=5.099,P=0.024;χ^(2)=12.485,P=0.000)。Ezrin、Moesin蛋白表达之间呈正相关关系(γ=0.527,P=0.005)。结论Ezrin和Moesin在NSCLC组织中均呈现高表达,均与NSCLC临床分期、淋巴结转移存在关系,通过联合检测上述指标可用于预测患者预后,具有一定指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin and Moesin in patients with NSCLC.Methods 120 patients with NSCLC were selected as subjects,all of whom agreed to retain lesion tissue and paracancer tissue during the operation.The expression of Ezrin and Moesin proteins in NSCLC tissues and paracancer tissues was analyzed,and their relationship with sex,age,histological type,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,smoking history,degree of differentiation and other indicators,and survival was recorded after 12 months of follow-up.Results The positive expression rates of Ezrin and Moesin in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=26.696,P=0.000;χ^(2)=28.254,P=0.000).Ezrin and Moesin showed statistically significant differences in different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression of Ezrin and Moesin in different gender,age,histological type and differentiation degree(P>0.05),and the positive expression of Ezrin and Moesin was not associated with smoking history(P>0.05).The survival rate of patients with positive Ezrin and Moesin expression was significantly lower than that of patients with negative Ezrin expression(χ^(2)=5.099,P=0.024;χ^(2)=12.485,P=0.000).There was a positive correlation between Ezrin and Moesin expression(γ=0.527,P=0.005).Conclusion Ezrin and Moesin are highly expressed in NSCLC tissues,which are correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.The combined detection of these indexes can be used to predict the prognosis of patients,which has certain guiding significance.
