无托槽隐形矫治器与传统固定矫治器对患者牙周健康的影响分析

摘　　要：目的比较无托槽隐形矫治器与传统固定矫治器对患者牙周健康的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2019年7月于珠海泰康拜博口腔医院就诊的120例正畸患者作为研究对象,按矫治器类型分为实验组与对照组,各60例。实验组采用无托槽隐形矫治器,对照组采用传统固定矫治器,比较两组治疗前后牙周指数及口腔健康程度。结果两组GI、SBI、PLI评分和SPD组间、时间、交互作用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组组内比较:治疗1、3、6个月,GI、SBI、PLI评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,GI、SBI评分均低于治疗后1个月(P<0.05),GI、SBI评分治疗后其他时间点两两比较差异无统计学意义;PLI评分治疗后不同时间点两两比较差异无统计学意义;SPD评分不同时间点两两比较差异无统计学意义。实验组组内比较:治疗1、3、6个月,GI评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗1、3个月,SBI评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),GI、SBI评分治疗后其他时间点两两比较差异无统计学意义;SPD、PLI评分不同时间点两两比较差异无统计学意义。组间比较:治疗前,两组GI、SBI、PLI评分和SPD比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1、3个月,实验组GI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月,两组GI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1、3、6个月,两组SPD评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1、3、6个月,实验组SBI、PLI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组口腔功能受限、生理性疼痛、心理不适、生理障碍、心理障碍、社交障碍、残障评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后6个月,两组口腔功能受限、生理性疼痛、心理不适、生理障碍、心理障碍、社交障碍、残障评分均明显高于治疗前,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统固定矫治器相比,无托槽Objective To compare the effects of invisible appliance without bracket and traditional fixed appliance on periodontal health.Methods 120 orthodontic patients were treated in Zhuhai Taikang Baibo Stomatological Hospital from July 2015 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the type of appliance,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received invisible appliance without brackets,and the control group received traditional fixed appliance,the periodontal indexes and oral health before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in GI,SBI,PLI scores and SPD between groups of group,time point and interaction(P<0.05);comparison in the control group:the GI,SBI and PLI scores at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the GI and SBI scores at 6 months after treatment were lower than those at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in GI and SBI scores in pairwise comparison at other time points after treatment;there was no significant difference in PLI score between different time points after treatment;there was no significant difference in PLI score between different time points after treatment.Comparison in the control group:after 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,GI score was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 1 and 3 months of treatment,SBI score was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in GI and SBI scores in pairwise comparison at other time points after treatment;there was no significant difference in SPD and PLI scores between different time points.Comparison between groups:before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in GI,SBI,PLI scores and SPD between the
