摘　　要：心血管疾病严重威胁人类健康,是我国居民主要死亡原因之一。现阶段我国中医心血管内科住院医师规范化培训过程中,心血管疾病教学尤其是中医心病学的临床教学模式形式多样,且均取得了一定的教学效果。临床教学实践显示,根据教学大纲要求制定教学目标和计划,在以教师为主导的传统教学模式基础上,联合应用团队合作学习(TBL)教学法、基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法、中医特色教学培养等教学模式,注重理论与实践结合,可提高医师的综合能力,有助于培养出具有独立发现和解决问题能力的高素质中医心血管内科住院医师。Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human health and one of the main causes of death in China.At the present stage of the standardized training process of cardiovascular medicine residents of traditional Chinese medicine in China,the teaching of cardiovascular disease,especially the clinical teaching mode of cardiology of traditional Chinese medicine,has been in various forms,all of which have achieved certain teaching effects.Clinical teaching practice showed that the development of teaching objec-tives and plans according to the requirements of the syllabus,the joint application of TBL teaching method,PBL teaching method,characteristic teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and training and other teaching modes based on the traditional teaching mode,focusing on the combination of theory and practice,is conducive to the training of high-quality cardiovascular internal medicine resi-dents of traditional Chinese medicine with the ability to independently identify and solve problems.
