摘　　要：培养高素质、高质量的中医药人才必须遵循中医药人才成长规律,借鉴中医传统教育的成功之处,发掘古代名医成功的各种因素,积极探索中医药人才培养的新模式。家传与师承能发挥中医口授心传的特点,是培养中医临床人才的重要途径;兴趣爱好以及深厚的传统文化底蕴是开启中医宝库的钥匙;古代名医学医经历蕴含了丰富的中医药学术理论和临床实践的普遍规律,对中医教育有着重要启示和借鉴意义。To cultivate high-quality traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents,we must follow the growth law of TCM talents and learn from the success of TCM education,learn from the success of TCM education,explore the various factors of the success of an-cient famous doctors,and actively explore the new mode of TCM talents training.Family inheritance and teacher inheritance can give full play to the characteristics of oral transmission of TCM,which is an important way to train clinical talents of TCM.Hobbies and deep traditional culture are the keys to open the treasure house of TCM.The medical experience of ancient prestigious physician con-tains a wealth of general laws of academic theory and clinical practice of TCM,which has important enlightenment and reference sig-nificance for TCM education.
