摘 要:基于光学发动机试验台架,结合缸内燃烧分析技术与高速摄影技术,探究在2-甲基呋喃(MF)占单次循环喷油量总热值50%的条件下,预喷和主喷2次喷油策略对MF/柴油反应性控制压缩点火(RCCI)的燃烧特性与碳烟排放的影响.结果表明:当主预喷间隔(主预喷之间的曲轴转角)小于40°时,随着预喷时刻的提前,预喷柴油与MF混合更均匀,低温放热不再局限于气缸中心,且主喷柴油雾化蒸发更好;混合气均匀使火焰由扩散燃烧主导向预混与扩散燃烧并存转变,燃烧更充分,速率更快;燃烧室内KL因子大于1.5的高碳烟区域减少,碳烟生成速率与产量明显降低.主喷时刻对燃烧初期火焰发展影响较大,随着主喷时刻向上止点推迟,滞燃期与燃烧持期缩短,燃烧相位推迟,燃烧前期低温放热增多,火焰发展速度变慢,后期碳烟生成增多.Based on the optical engine test platform,the effects of pre-injection and main injection strategies on the combustion characteristics and soot emissions of 2-methylfuran(MF)/diesel reactivity controlled compression ignition(RCCI)were explored under the condition of MF accounting for 50%of the total calorific value of single cycle injection by using high-speed camera technology and in-cylinder combustion analysis technology.Results show that,in the pilot-main interval(crank angle between main and pilot injection)of less than 40°,with the advance of the pre-injection time,the pre-injected diesel and MF mix more evenly,the low-temperature heat release is no longer limited to the cylinder center,and the atomization and evaporation of the main injection diesel are better.The uniform mixture makes the flame change from diffusion combustion to the coexistence of premixed and diffusion combustion,which makes the combustion more sufficient and the combustion rate faster.The high soot area with KL factor above 1.5 in the combustion chamber is reduced,and the soot generation rate and yield are significantly reduced.The main injection time has a great influence on the flame development in the early stage of combustion.As the main injection time is delayed,the ignition delay period and combustion duration are shortened,the combustion phase is delayed,the low temperature heat release in the early stage of combustion increases,the flame development speed slows down,and the soot formation increases in the later stage.
