摘 要:目的探索基于多模态影像云的“教学研”结合教学方式在眼科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选择浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科中心2018级和2019级共32名眼科住培学员为研究对象。将2019级19名住培学员设为试验组,采用基于多模态影像云的“教学研”结合教学方式;将2018级13名住培学员设为对照组,采用传统的理论授课教学方式。8周轮转教学结束后,采用临床综合能力考核成绩(包括临床专科技能、临床思维与决策能力、临床科研能力)和教学满意度调查结果,比较两组住培学员不同教学方式的教学效果。结果试验组住培学员的临床专科技能、临床思维与决策能力、临床科研能力考核成绩分别为(86.11±2.99)分、(85.89±2.28)分、(85.05±2.50)分,发表SCI文章4篇;对照组住培学员相应成绩分别为(83.46±2.50)分、(82.77±1.96)分、(82.92±3.15)分,发表普通中文文章1篇。试验组教师教学满意度和住培学员教学满意度评分分别为(92.11±2.00)分、(93.11±2.13)分,对照组教师和住培学员相应评分分别为(86.62±3.64)分、(89.15±3.24)分。试验组教师和住培学员教学满意度评分均高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于多模态影像云的“教学研”结合教学方式,对于全面提高眼科住培学员的临床综合能力和教学满意度大有裨益,并为创建培养高素质眼科住培学员的新型教学方式提供了有益参考。Objective To investigate the application of“teaching-learning-research”integrated teaching method based on multimodal imaging network in the ophthalmology resident standardized training.Methods Ophthalmology residents admitted in 2018 and 2019 in Eye Center of The Second Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine(n=32)were recruited as the research objects.The experimental group consisted of 19 residents admitted in 2019 and received the“teaching-learning-research”integrated teaching method based on multimodal imaging network.The control group consisted of 13 residents admitted in 2018 and received the traditional lecture-based-learning teaching method.After the training,the academic assessment of clinical comprehensive capacities and satisfaction survey were used to compare the teaching effects between two groups receiving different teaching methods.Results The scores of clinical skills,clinical reasoning and decision making and clinical research capacities of the experimental group(86.11±2.99,85.89±2.28,85.05±2.50)were higher than those of the control group(83.46±2.50,82.77±1.96,82.92±3.15).4 SCI articles were published by the experimental group and 1 Chinese article by the control group.The scores of teachers’and students’satisfaction survey of the experimental group(92.11±2.00,93.11±2.13)were higher than those of the control group(86.62±3.64,89.15±3.24).The differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The“teaching-learning-research”integrated teaching method based on multimodal imaging network improved the clinical and research capacities of the ophthalmology residents,and facilitated the training mode innovation of high-caliber ophthalmology residents.
