摘　　要：目的分析2012—2021年全科医学教育领域中的国际研究热点和前沿主题,为我国全科医学教育及其人才培养提供新思路。方法在Web of Science核心合集数据库平台,检索10年来全科医学教育领域的相关文献,采用引用空间(CiteSpace)V.6.1软件,对纳入文献进行作者和发文单位(国家和机构)的分布与合作、关键词聚类和突现图谱的可视化分析。结果以Magin P为学术带头人的澳大利亚研究团队在全科医学教育研究领域占据领先地位;全科医学教育国际研究热点主要体现在全科医生职业选择、全科医学临床见习教学、全科医学教学改革途径和技术创新等方面;目前全科医学教育最新研究前沿主要包括解决职业倦怠的全科医学教育干预措施,以及旨在提高全科医生基层医疗保健服务能力的专业知识和治疗技能培训。结论目前,全科医学教育国际研究前沿呈现出从疾病诊治到健康维护的演变趋势,融合信息技术、增加职业兴趣和提高健康素养是全科医学教育改革发展的方向与内涵。Objective To analyze the international hot topics and frontiers in the field of general practice education research in the past ten years from 2012 to 2021,and provide new ideas for general practice education and personnel training.Methods In the Web of Science core collection database platform,the relevant literatures in the field of general medical education in the past decade were retrieved.CiteSpace V.6.1 software was used to conduct visual analysis of the distribution and cooperation of authors and publishing units(countries and institutions),keyword clustering and emergence maps for the included literatures.Results The Australian research team with Magin P as the academic leader occupied a leading position in the field of general medical education and research.The international research focus of general practice education was mainly reflected in the career choice of general practitioners,general practice clinical internship teaching,general practice teaching reform approaches and technical innovation,etc.At present,the latest research frontier of general practice education mainly included educational intervention measures to solve job burnout and professional training aimed at improving the ability of general practitioners to provide basic medical care services.Conclusions At present,the international research frontier shows an evolution trend from disease diagnosis and treatment to health maintenance.Integrating high-tech,increasing professional interest and improving health literacy are the goals and connotations of the reform and development of general practice education.
