摘  要:考虑利他偏好,基于委托代理理论构建高校科研创新团队内部隐性知识转移效用函数,探究利他偏好对团队内部隐性知识转移效率的影响,同时研究在利他偏好情境下,激励对团队内部隐性知识转移的促进作用.对模型求解并仿真分析发现:高校科研创新团队内部利他偏好能够有效促进成员开展隐性知识转移;利他偏好能够促进高校科研创新团队的总体知识产出;利他偏好能够降低团队内部最优激励成本.从优化团队行为导向、设计最优团队奖酬体系、搭建团队内部利于知识分享的工作环境等方面,提出激励高校科研创新团队内部开展隐性知识转移的管理策略.Considering altruistic preferences,the utility function of tacit knowledge transfer within university research and innovation teams is constructed based on principal-agent theory to explore the influence of altruistic preferences on the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer within teams,and also to investigate the role of incentives in promoting tacit knowledge transfer within teams under the context of altruistic preferences.The model is solved and the simulation analysis shows that the altruistic preference within the scientific research innovation team in colleges and universities can effectively promote members to carry out tacit knowledge transfer;altruistic preference can promote the overall knowledge output of the scientific research innovation team in colleges and universities;altruistic preference can reduce the optimal incentive cost within the team.The management strategies for stimulating tacit knowledge transfer within university research and innovation teams are proposed in terms of optimizing team behavior orientation,designing an optimal team reward system and building a working environment conducive to knowledge sharing within the team.
