摘 要:社区工作者的话语实践研究对于有效开展基层普法具有积极意义,已有的研究尚未充分探讨其如何使用非命题话语,即元话语,且较少关注社工话语与身份建构。研究基于实地采录以及网络收集的社区工作者工作语料共140分钟(约16000字),分析社工在与居民发生冲突对话时如何运用元话语进行身份建构。研究表明,社区工作者采用了明确或含糊的态度评价元话语和交际主体元话语建构三种身份,分别是中介者、服务者与教育者,其中,含糊标记语有利于建构中介者身份而明确标记语则有助于建立教育者身份。研究将为社工普法话语实践的能力提升提供参考。The research of community workers’discourse is of positive significance for the effective law popularization at the grassroots level.However,the existing studies have not completely discussed metadiscourse,also called non-propositional content,in community workers’discourse and paid less attention to the relation between the discourse and the identity construction of social workers.This study examines how social workers construct identities using metadiscourse in conflict conversations with residents,based on the corpus recorded in field investigation and collected on the internet(about 140 min,16,000 words in total).The result shows that community workers adopt implicit or explicit metadiscourse of attitude and participant to construct three identities,namely,intermediary,server and educator,among which implicit marker is conducive to the construction of intermediary identity and explicit marker is helpful in building educator identity.This paper aims to provide a reference for social workers to improve their conversational ability during the process of law popularization.
