也谈非常规动宾短语“吃食堂”

摘　　要：“吃食堂”里的“食堂”并非处所词,而是普通名词,表示机构。“吃食堂”是个原型范畴,其理想化认知模型所体现的诸多属性,构成了“吃食堂”的整体浮现义。“吃食堂的饭”“在食堂吃”甚至“在食堂吃食堂的饭”都不具有“吃食堂”的构式浮现义,此外它们的外延和语用突显对象也与“吃食堂”不同。“吃食堂”类非常规动宾短语“吃+NP”要求NP必须是餐饮机构,其形成机制是基于转喻的截搭式整合。Shitang in the unconventional VO construction chi shitang is not a locative word,but a common noun,expressing the meaning of institution.Chi shitang is a prototype category,and many attributes embodied in its idealized cognitive model constitute the emergent meaning of chi shitang.Chi shitang de fan,zai shitang chi,and even zai shitang chi shitang de fan do not have the emergent construction meaning of chi shitang.In addition,their denotation and pragmatic prominence are also different from chi shitang.The unconventional VO construction"chi+NP",such as chi shitang,requires the NP to be a catering institution.It is formed by haplology,which is based on metonymy.
