摘  要:乡村振兴背景下,乡村教育持续发展能推动乡村经济发展、助力乡村文明建设、促进乡村长效治理和塑造美丽乡村新风貌。然而,乡村教育持续发展面临诸多困境,如乡村居民思想观念陈旧、乡村职业教育发展缓慢、乡村义务教育资源配置偏弱、乡村教育发展模式单一等。推进乡村教育持续发展可以从以下路径入手:优化资源配置,促进发展提速;聚焦乡村需求,强化服务职能;完善治理机制,改善办学条件;转变教育观念,增强内生动力。In the context of rural revitalization,the sustainable development of rural education can promote rural economic development,assist in the construction of rural civilization,promote long-term rural governance,and shape a new style of beautiful rural areas.However,the sustainable development of rural education faces many difficulties,such as outdated rural residents'ideological concepts,slow development of rural vocational education,weak allocation of rural compulsory education resources,and a single development model of rural education.The sustainable development of rural education can be promoted through the following paths:Optimizing the allocation of resources to accelerate development;Focusing on rural needs and strengthening service functions;Improving governance mechanisms and conditions for running schools;Changing educational concepts and enhancing endogenous motivation.
