摘 要:质量与创新导向下的高校科研强调产出高质量学术研究成果。基于“中国大学教师调查”数据,通过一个五维分析框架描述高校教师对学术代表作制支持度及其影响因素,并探讨这些因素与高质量科研产出之间的内在逻辑关联。研究结果显示,相对而言更支持学术代表作制的通常是那些年龄位于30-45岁的中青年、拥有博士学位、职称较高、有海外学习或研究经历、偏好科研、不愿因功利性目的而进行学术“灌水”、重视自身科研能力提升、能更好地平衡教学与科研工作、科研压力较小和工作满意度较高的教师。高校需从生涯阶段、学术情怀、学术能力和工作状态等方面综合采取措施,激发教师科研创新动机,产出更多高质量原创科研成果。Quality and innovation-oriented scientific research in Colleges and universities emphasizes the outcome of academic rep⁃resentative work.Based on the data of the“survey of Chinese University faculty”,this paper describes University teachers’support for the academic representative work system and its influencing factors through a five-dimensional analysis framework,and discusses the internal logical relationship between these factors and academic excellence.The research results show that relatively speaking,the fac⁃ulty who support the academic representative work system are usually young and middle-aged teachers aged 30 to 45,who have a doc⁃toral degree,have high professional titles,have overseas learning or research experience,prefer scientific research,are unwilling to“Irrigate”academic research for utilitarian purposes,pay attention to their own scientific research ability,can better balance teaching and scientific research,feel less pressure from scientific research,and have high job satisfaction.Colleges and universities need to take comprehensive measures from the aspects of career stage,academic spirit,academic ability and work status to stimulate faculty’s moti⁃vation for scientific research innovation and produce more excellent academic works.
