摘　　要：劳动观念、劳动能力、劳动精神、劳动习惯和劳动品质是劳动教育的主要内容。构建标准化的评价指标体系,有利于推动高职院校劳动教育的高质量发展。基于CIPP模型并结合新时代高职教育特点设计的劳动教育评价指标体系,可以为科学评价劳动教育的实施成效提供参考依据,进而通过评价反馈更好地发挥促改作用。Labor concept,labor ability,labor spirit,labor habits and quality are the main contents of labor education.Building a standardized evaluation index system is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of labor education in higher vocational colleges.The labor education evaluation index system designed based on the CIPP model and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education in the new era can provide a reference basis for scientific evaluation of the implementation effectiveness of labor education,and then play a better role in promoting reform through evaluation feedback.
