摘 要:基于百度指数平台,采集2011—2020年的江西省居民赣菜网络关注度数据,通过年际变动指数、季节集中指数、地理集中指数和季节性分解模型等系列方法探究江西省居民赣菜消费需求时空特征规律及影响因素。结果显示:(1)江西省居民赣菜消费需求年际变化趋势呈持续下降、逐年增长、急速下降、缓慢增长四个阶段,整体波动较大;年内季节性呈现典型的“双峰型”“三峰型”“四峰型”波动特征。(2)江西省居民赣菜消费需求空间分布主要集中在以南昌市为中心的赣北地区,赣南、赣东北、赣西、赣中、赣东地区次之。(3)江西省居民赣菜消费需求时间分布主要受闲暇时间、政策制度环境、旅游季节性等因素影响;空间分布则与经济发展水平、人口、地理环境、饮食文化等因素存在显著的正相关。Based on the Baidu index platform,data were collected of Jiangxi residents network attention to Jiangxi cuisine from 2011 to 2020.This article studies the temporal and spatial characteristics and factors influencing Jiangxi residents demand for the Jiangxi Cuisine through a series of methods such as inter-annual variation index,seasonal concentration index,geographic concentration index,and seasonal decomposition model.The results show that:(1)The inter-annual variation trend of Jiangxi residents consumption demand for Jiangxi Cuisine presents four stages:continuous decline,year-by-year growth,rapid decline,and slow growth.The overall fluctuation is large.The seasonal fluctuation of the year are typically characterized by“two peaks”,“three peaks”or“four peaks”.(2)The spatial distribution of Jiangxi residents consumption demand for Jiangxi Cuisine is mainly concentrated in the northern Jiangxi area with Nanchang City as the center,followed by the southern Jiangxi,northeastern Jiangxi,western Jiangxi,central Jiangxi,and eastern Jiangxi areas.(3)The temporal distribution of Jiangxi residents consumption demand for Jiangxi cuisine is mainly affected by factors such as leisure time,policy and institutional environment,and tourism seasonality;the spatial distribution has a significant positive correlation with factors like economic development level,population,geographical environment,and food culture.
