摘　　要：新媒体被称为“第五媒体”。正在校园中学习的大学生群体,是在互联网时代成长起来的,也是受新媒体影响最深刻、接触新媒体最频繁的社会群体。首先,阐述了新媒体为高校思想政治教学带来的深刻变革;其次,剖析了新媒体与高校思想政治教学相互融合的建构目标;同时,深入探讨了新媒体环境下高校思想政治教学改革策略:革新高校思想政治教学理念,红色文化赋能育人新高地,提升思想政治教育参与主体的媒介素养。New media is known as“the fifth media”.The college students who are studying on campus grew up in the Internet age,and they are also the social groups that are most deeply influenced by and frequently contacted with new media.Firstly,it expounds the profound changes brought by new media to ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.Secondly,it analyzes the construction goal of the integration of new media and ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.At the same time,it deeply discusses the reform strategies of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities under the new media environment:innovating the ideological and political teaching concept in colleges and universities;Red culture empowers people to cultivate new heights;Enhance the media literacy of the participants in ideological and political education.
