摘 要:近视性弱视是儿童屈光不正性弱视的主要类型之一,近年来的营养学研究发现,营养不良是导致近视性弱视的主要原因之一。人的眼睛直到20岁左右才发育完成,若在发育过程中缺乏必须的营养成分,可能导致近视性弱视、远视性弱视、色盲、夜盲以至失明。因此,在青少年眼部发育时期,给予眼睛充足的必须营养成分,可有助于降低近视性弱视等眼部疾病发病率。本文总结了近视性弱视发生的病因,包括饮食习惯的改变、食品添加剂对视网膜代谢的影响,并进一步分析各种所需营养成分参与近视性弱视病情进展的作用机制,为临床制定干预措施提供理论依据。Myopic amblyopia is one of the main types of refractive amblyopia in children.Recent advances in nutritional research have revealed that malnutrition is one of the main causes of myopic amblyopia.The human eye continues to develop until around the age of 20,and a lack of essential nutrients during the developmental process can lead to various eye disorders,including myopic amblyopia,hyperopic amblyopia,color blindness,night blindness,and even blindness.Therefore,providing adequate essential nutrients to the eyes during the period of ocular development in adolescents can reduce the incidence of myopic amblyopia and other ocular diseases.This paper summarizes the etiology of myopic amblyopia,including changes in dietary habits and the impact of food additives on retinal metabolism.Furthermore,it analyzes the mechanisms by which various essential nutrients are involved in the progression of myopic amblyopia,providing a theoretical basis for the development of intervention strategies in clinical practice.
