摘　　要：实训基地是职业院校人才培养的关键场所,探索研究先进制造业产业集群需求的实训基地建设成为职业教育发展改革的重要课题。以抚顺职业技术学院机电专业群建设为依托,创建校企“共建、共管、共用”的现代学徒制专业群实训基地,推进具有中国特色现代学徒制的校企双主体育人模式发展,培养先进制造企业需要的高质量技术技能人才,以更好地服务辽宁老工业基地全面振兴的发展战略。The training base is a key place for vocational colleges to cultivate talents.Exploring and studying the construction of the training base for the advanced manufacturing industry clusters has become an important topic for the development and reform of vocational education.Based on the construction of mechanical and electrical specialty cluster of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute,we establish a modern apprenticeship training base of"co-construction,co-management and sharing"by the school and enterprises,promote the development of the school-enterprise dual-subject education mode of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for advanced manufacturing enterprises,serving the development strategy of the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base.
