摘 要:目的探究信息化平台下中医儿科学同步临床实践教学模式的临床应用。方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院接收的2020级中医儿科专业实习生60名,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统式教学模式,试验组采用信息化平台下中医儿科学同步临床实践教学。实习1年后,比较两组理论知识及实践能力考核成绩、学生及老师教学满意度。结果干预后,两组理论知识及实践能力考核成绩高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学形式、教学内容、教学评价满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疑难解答满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组老师教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化平台下中医儿科临床实践教学模式建立,相对于传统教学模式,更有利于提升整体教学质量。Objective To explore the clinical application of synchronous clinical practice teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics under the information platform.Methods Sixty interns of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics in grade 2020 from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the synchronous clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics under the information platform.After a year of practice,the results of theoretical knowledge and practical ability assessment,students’and teachers’teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,while those of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching form,teaching content,and teaching evaluation satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the satisfaction of troubleshooting between the two groups(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of clinical practice teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics under the information platform is more conducive to improving the overall teaching quality than the traditional teaching mode.
