摘 要:数字文旅新趋势下,基于人工智能技术的中职旅游专业教学改革是培养数字化应用型旅游人才的必然要求。本研究瞄准了人工智能视域下中职旅游专业教学改革的契机,在机器学习、自然语言处理、知识图谱、虚拟现实(VR)与增强现实(AR)等人工智能关键技术的支持下,以中职“模拟导游”课程为例,引入了智慧教学系统和自适应学习系统辅助教学,分别从教师和学生的角度构想了一种全新的教学模式和学习模式,并依托人工智能完善教学评价方式。此外,基于人工智能技术的中职旅游专业课程教学改革实施的关键在于“人工智能+学生”和谐共生、“人工智能+教师”协同教学、“人工智能+伦理规约”同向同行。Under the new trend of digital culture and tourism,the teaching reform of secondary vocational tourism profession based on artificial intelligence is an inevitable requirement for cultivating digital application-oriented tourism talents.This study aims at the opportunity of teaching reform of secondary vocational tourism profession under the perspective of artificial intelligence.With the support of key artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning,natural language processing,knowledge mapping,virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR),taking the secondary"Simulated Tour Guide"course as an example,the intelligent teaching system and the adaptive learning system are introduced to assist teaching,a new teaching mode and learning mode are conceived from the perspectives of teachers and students respectively,and the teaching evaluation method is improved by relying on artificial intelligence.In addition,the key to the implementation of teaching reform of secondary vocational tourism courses based on artificial intelligence is"AI+students"harmonious symbiosis,"AI+teachers"collaborative teaching,and"AI+ethics"in the same direction.
