摘　　要：实验室开放建设是适应当前新工科建设要求的重要改革实践,也是创新人才培养的一种手段,文章结合化学化工类专业的教学实践,分析验室开放建设工作中存在的不足,探讨改革实验教学模式、改进实验室开放形式、构建高效实验教学队伍、健全开放管理机制等关键问题,以期为化学化工类实验室开放建设提供参考。The construction of laboratory opening is an important reform practice to adapt to the requirements of the new engineering construction,and it is also a means to cultivate innovative talents.This article combines the teaching practices of chemistry and chemical engineering to analyze the shortcomings of laboratory opening construction.It also explores several key issues such as reforming experimental teaching modes,improving the form of laboratory opening,building an efficient experimental teaching team,and improving the open management mechanism.It is expected to provide a reference for the construction of open laboratories in chemistry and chemical engineering.
