摘  要:为解决水务公司多指针水表识别问题,文中提出一种多指针水表读数识别算法。首先,通过Hough圆检测提取出水表表盘区域,定位透视变换关键点,校正水表表盘区域。然后,分割子表盘,并进行二值化、形态学黑帽运算、加运算,分割指针。最后,计算指针偏移角度,获取子表盘示数,并对各子表盘示数按规定计算,得到多指针水表读数结果。实验结果表明,该算法对子表盘读数识别准确率达到91.75%,可用于识别多指针水表,为水务公司多指针水表读数工作提供一定的技术支撑。In order to solve the problem of multi pointer water meter recognition in water companies,the paper proposes a multi pointer water meter reading recognition algorithm.Firstly,the dial area of the water meter is extracted by Hough circle detection,the key points of perspective transformation are located,and the dial area of the water meter is corrected.Then,the sub dial is divided,and binarization,morphological black hat operation,addition operation and pointer segmentation are performed.Finally,calculate the pointer offset angle,obtain the sub dial readings,and calculate the sub dial readings as required to obtain the reading results of the multi pointer water meter.The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the algorithm for sub dial readings reaches 91.75%,which can be used to identify multi pointer water meters and provide certain technical support for multi pointer water meter readings of water companies.
