摘 要:我国职业教育人才培养质量需继续升级,高职毕业生的就业竞争力和社会适应力也需得到妥善培养。公共英语可以丰富学生的就业能力框架,应当得到职业教育的重视。职业教育应将公共英语视作职业培养的重要元素,也要在教学内容中融入专业化词汇和场景训练,让学生熟练掌握双语专业操作能力。英语教师应当学习不同专业下的知识积累,以此持续提升公共英语职业化的教学水平。校方要以职业素养为基准,建立重视过程考核的多元评价体系,以此来从宏观环境到微观丈量的多个角度,有效改进高职公共英语的教学水准。The quality of personnel training of vocational education in China needs to be continuously upgraded,and the employment competitiveness and social adaptability of higher vocational graduates also need to be properly cultivated.Public English can enrich the framework of students'employability and should be paid attention to by vocational education.Vocational education should regard public English as an important element of vocational training.English teachers should learn the knowledge accumulation under diferent majors so as to continuously improve the professional teaching level of public English.The school should establish a diversified evaluation system that attaches importance to process assessment based on professional quality,so as to effectively improve the teaching level of public English in higher vocational colleges from the macro environment to the micro measurement.
