摘  要:目的:建立鸡源性成分实时荧光PCR检测方法,针对食品调味料中鸡源性成分进行检测。方法:以鸡的保守基因序列NDI设计特异性引物探针,建立鸡源性成分实时荧光PCR检测方法;并针对方法的特异性、灵敏性、稳定性进行评估。结果:本方法能够有效对鸡源性成分进行快速检测,具有较高的可行性和实用性。结论:该方法特异性强,灵敏度高,可以快速、准确检测鸡精调味料中含有的鸡源性成分,为市场上鸡精调味品质量监管提供强有力技术支撑。Objective:To establish a real-time PCR method for the detection of chicken derived ingredients in food flavoring.Methods:A specific primer probe was designed with the conserved chicken gene sequence cytb,and a real-time PCR method was established for the detection of chicken derived components.The specificity,sensitivity,and stability of the method were evaluated.Results:The method was effective and feasible for the rapid detection of chicken derived compo⁃nents.Conclusion:The method has strong specificity and high sensitivity,and can quickly and accurately detect chicken ingredients in chicken essence seasoning,which provides strong technical support for the quality supervision of chicken es⁃sence seasoning in the market.
