摘  要:为研究钢轨打磨对小半径曲线钢轨滚动接触疲劳的影响,基于国内某重载铁路小半径曲线和运行车辆建立实参数轨道-车辆多体动力学仿真模型,对钢轨打磨前后轮轨接触几何关系、轮轨接触应力和轮轨蠕滑力进行分析,现场测试打磨前后车辆通过该曲线的轮轨力,结合Burstow钢轨损伤函数模型对该曲线轨面裂纹萌生寿命进行分析。结果表明:钢轨打磨后,轮轨接触点集中问题得到缓解,轮轨接触应力、轮轨蠕滑力减小和轨面裂纹法向分力减小,实测轮轨力减小,相同载荷下对应的载荷循环数增大。各项指标较打磨前更有利于抑制钢轨滚动接触疲劳的萌生及扩展,轨面裂纹萌生寿命明显延长。打磨后3.5个月轨面裂纹未见明显发展,仿真计算结果与实际情况吻合良好。In order to study the influence of rail grinding on the rolling contact fatigue of rail on small radius curve,a multi-body dynamic simulation model of rail-vehicle with real parameters was established based on the small radius curve and the running vehicles of a heavy-haul railway in China,to analyze the wheel-rail contact geometric relationship,wheel-rail contact stress and wheel-rail creep force before and after the rail grinding.The wheel-rail force of the vehicle passing through the small radius curve before and after grinding was tested in the field,followed by an analysis of the crack initiation life of the rail with the Burstow rail damage function model.The results show that with the alleviation of problem of wheel-rail contact points centralization,the wheel-rail contact stress and creep force,the normal component of force of rail surface crack and the measured wheel-rail force are reduced,while the corresponding load cycle number increases under the same load.Compared with those before grinding,these indexes are more conducive to inhibiting the initiation and propagation of rail rolling contact fatigue,and the initiation life of rail crack is significantly prolonged.No obvious development of rail surface crack is found 3.5 months after grinding,which shows good consistency between the simulation results and the actual situation.
