摘　　要：城市轨道交通数字化转型、智慧化发展对高职学生数字素养提出新的要求,针对目前高职院校城市轨道交通专业学生数字素养培养与企业需求存在差距、实践环境与企业数字化生产实际差距大、缺少能衡量数字素养培养的评价体系等问题,提出完善人才培养方案、创建虚实结合的实践环境、构建数字素养评价体系等实践路径,为推动高职学生数字素养的全面提升提供参考。The digital transformation and intelligent development of urban rail transit put forward new requirements for the digital literacy of vocational students.In view of the gap between the digital literacy training of urban rail transit students in vocational colleges and enterprises,the large gap between the practical environment and the actual digital production of enterprises,and the lack of an evaluation system that can measure the cultivation of digital literacy,this paper proposes practical paths such as improving talent training programs,creating a practical environment combining virtual and real,and constructing a digital literacy evaluation system,so as to provide reference for promoting the overall improvement of digital literacy of higher vocational students.
