一屋不扫,何以扫天下?——家务劳动中的德育意蕴

摘　　要：家务劳动作为劳动教育的重要内容,近些年来被频频提及,尤其劳动教育课程标准的颁布更是引发了社会热议。那么家务劳动到底具有什么样的德育意蕴呢?家务劳动作为日常性的家庭活动,不仅能够维持家庭生活的正常运转,也为家庭成员之间的情感交流提供了机会。这为德育的发生提供了环境和精神基础,促进了家庭内道德秩序的建立,为挖掘其中的德育意义提供了可能。家务劳动的开展对于孩子个体品德、共同体意识的培养有着积极的作用,因而家长应当妥善运用对话和传授、示范和引导、启发和研讨层进式教育方法实现家务劳动教育的目的。Housework,as an important part of labor education,has been frequently mentioned in recent years,especially as the promulgation of labor education curriculum standards triggers heated discussions in society.What kind of implications does housework have for moral education?Housework,as a daily family activity,not only maintains the normal operations of family life,but also provides opportunities for emotional communication among family members.This provides the environment and spiritual foundation for moral education to take place,promotes the establishment of moral order within the family,and provides the opportunity for exploring the meaning of moral education.The act of doing housework has a positive effect on the development of children’s individual morality and sense of community,and parents should therefore make appropriate use of dialogue and teaching,demonstration and guidance,and inspiration and discussion in order to achieve the aims of housework education.
