摘 要:本科医学教育的根本任务是培养合格的医学毕业生。在一流大学建设背景下,加强一流本科教育对医学院校发展具有重要的战略意义。文章针对近年来国内医学院校开展本科教育改革存在的对早临床教育存在认识误区、早科研教育对专业课程学习的影响日益凸显、课程整合等教育改革存在盲目性等共性问题进行深入剖析,提出“夯实基础医学知识,分阶段开展早临床教育”“科学组织早科研教育活动,树立正确职业价值观”“课程整合谋定而动,教育改革三思后行”等对策建议,以期凝聚共识,确保本科教育改革始终围绕合格医学毕业生应具备的知识、能力及素质要求展开,为一流大学建设提供有力支撑。The fundamental task of medical undergraduate education is to cultivate qualified medical graduates.Under the background of first-class university construction,strengthening first-class undergraduate education is of strategic significance for the development of medical colleges.The authors identified common problems in the undergraduate education reforms in medical colleges:misconceptions about early clinical education,the increasing impact of early scientific research education on learning of medical courses,and blindness in curriculum integration.The authors then put forward suggestions of“consolidating basic medical knowledge,and carrying out early clinical education in stages”,“organizing early research education activities scientifically,and establishing correct professional values”,and“designing curriculum integration carefully,and launching education reforms cautiously”.All these efforts aim to reach a consensus among stakeholders,and ensure that undergraduate education reforms focus on the requirements of knowledge,abilities,and quality that qualified medical graduates should possess,so as to provide strong support for first-class university construction.
