摘  要:随着虚拟技术的发展,数字切片在实验教学中使用频率越来越高。购买的数字切片价格昂贵,且切片种类不能完全符合学校的教学模式。而传统的病理学实验教学存在较大的局限性,如玻璃切片易破损,难补充,且受时间空间条件限制,影响了学生自主学习。江南大学无锡医学院为克服传统病理学实验教学对玻璃切片和公司技术的依赖,使用全自动数字扫描系统,将选好的玻璃切片进行图像采集,从而生成高分辨、清晰的数字图像,构建符合自身教学要求的数字切片库,提高了病理学实验的教学质量,调动了学生自主学习积极性,满足学生在实验课中进行病变组织的病理改变识别和特点分析,提高了实验教学效率,达到实验教学的目的。With the development of virtual technology,digital sections have been increasingly used in experimental teaching.However,the digital sections purchased from commercial companies are expensive,and the sections fail to meet all the teaching requirements of pathology.In addition,the glass sections in traditional pathology experimental teaching also have limitations,because they are limited by time and space conditions,they are prone to damage,and it is dificult to replenish the stocks,which affects students'autono-mous learning.In order to overcome the dependence on glass sections and technology of commercial companies,the teachers used an automatic digital scanning system to collect glass section images,generate high-resolution digital images,and build a digital section database that meets the teaching requirements.This section database allows the students to identify pathological changes of diseased tissues and analyze their characteristics in experimental course,therefore,the students become more active in autonomous learning,the quality of experimental teaching has been improved,and the purpose of experimental teaching has been achieved.
