摘 要:依托世界技能大赛项目,重新解读新时代艺术设计类学生核心素养内涵要素。采用扎根理论的质性研究思路,以世界技能大赛创意艺术与时尚领域共六份技术说明文本,通过NVivo12分析软件对文本中职业标准进行三级编码,以文技兼修、职业素养、生涯发展为理论维度建构成包括九个核心素养和二十五个基本要点的艺术设计类专业学业核心素养框架,并明确框架构建的三个内在要求:一是坚持立德树人,推进个体发展与社会发展;二是深化职业属性,兼顾领域一般性与专业特殊性;三是强调价值转型,落实教学评价的客观性与可行性。Relying on the project of the World Skills Competition,this paper re-interprets the connotation elements of the core literacy of art and design students in the new era.Based on the qualitative research approach of grounded theory,six technical description texts in the creative art and fashion field of the World Skills Competition are used to encode the professional standards in the texts at three levels through NVivo12 analysis software.The theoretical framework of academic core literacy for art and design majors is constructed with nine core literacy and twenty-five basic points from the theoretical dimensions of both academic and technical training,professional literacy and career development,and the three internal requirements of framework construction are clearly defined:The first is to insist on morality and cultivating people,and promote individual development and social development.The second is to deepen the professional attributes and take into account the generality of the field and the specificity of the profession.The third is to emphasize value transformation and implement the objectivity and feasibility of teaching evaluation.
