摘 要:王昶是乾嘉汉学的代表人物之一,他和姚鼐相交五十余年,二人一直互相推重,彼此爱敬。然而,王昶晚年却因刊落姚鼐为其文集而作的《述庵文钞序》招致姚鼐的不满。推究王昶刊落序言之举,并非出自汉宋之争的立场选择,而是致力于融通汉、宋的“通儒”与“古文家”冲突的结果。除姚鼐外,王昶和桐城派其他古文家也关联密切,在学缘上,他更与桐城派渊源深厚。这种错综复杂的关系,体现出乾嘉时期汉、宋之间的交流和渗透,是乾嘉文坛复杂文学生态的一个缩影。Wang Chang was one of the representatives of the Classical Philology Study in the reigns of emperors Qianlong and Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty.He communicated with Yao Nai for more than fifty years,and both respected and admired each other.However,in his later years,Wang Chang incurred Yao Nai's dissatisfaction when he deleted the Preface to Shu'an Wenchao written by Yao Nai for him.The reason for this was the conflict in the expert scholar and ancient prose writers rather than the controversy of the studies between the Song and Han dynasties.Apart from Yao Nai,Wang Chang also had a good relationship with other Tongcheng School figures,and his mentor was of the School.This complex relationship reflects the communication and penetration between the Han and Song studies in the period when emperors Qianlong and Jiaqing reigned,which is an epitome of the complex literary ecology in the literary circle at that time.
