摘　　要：随着“互联网+”大潮的来袭,职业院校传统育人模式已不能满足教学要求。在“互联网+教育”大背景下,总结了完善职业人才培养理念的必要性和人才培养新规律,提出了职业院校人才培养基本任务、人才培养过程中遇到的困境及解决路径。以“互联网+教育”背景下职业院校人才培养理念研究为重点,以期为“互联网+”时代职业院校育人提供有益参考。With the coming of“Internet+”tide,the traditional education mode of vocational colleges can not meet the teaching requirements.In the context of“Internet+education”,this paper summarizes the necessity of perfecting the concept of professional talent training and the new law of talent training,and puts forward the basic tasks of talent training in vocational colleges,the difficulties encountered in the process of talent training and the solutions.This paper focuses on the research of talent cultivation concept in vocational colleges under the background of“Internet+education”,in order to provide useful reference for vocational colleges'talent cultivation in the era of“Internet+”.
