终身教育理念下的《二手车评估与交易》精品在线开放课程建设研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国二手车市场规模不断扩大,但由于评估人才缺乏,二手车市场长期存在车辆信息不透明、鉴定评估不专业、交易流程不严谨等问题。急需通过开展二手车评估师职业培训,提高评估队伍的技能水平,促进二手车市场健康发展。在终身教育理念下,通过《二手车评估与交易》精品在线开放课程建设,为不同学习者呈现形式多样、碎片化的二手车评估与交易知识,深化教学改革,提高学习者的学习主动性,对提升高职院校教学质量,建立国家终身教育有一定的积极作用。In recent years,China's second-hand car market has been expanding,but due to the lack of evaluation talents,the second-hand car market has long had problems such as opaque vehicle information,unprofessional identifi cation and evaluation,and lax transaction process.It is urgent to improve the skill level of the evaluation team and promote the healthy development of the second-hand car market by carrying out vocational training for second-hand car appraisers.Under the concept of lifelong education,through the construction of the high-quality online open course"second-hand car evaluation and trading",we will present diverse and fragmented second-hand car evaluation and trading knowledge to diff erent learners,deepen teaching reform,improve learners'learning initiative,which will play a positive role in improving the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges and establishing national lifelong education.
