摘 要:目的 评价数字化静态导板与种植机器人辅助无牙颌种植手术的精确性。方法 选择2021年5月-2022年10月于南京医科大学附属医院口腔种植科行种植手术的8例牙列缺失患者(共62枚植体),随机分为两组,第1组应用数字化静态导板行种植手术(n=31),第2组行种植机器人植入牙种植体手术(n=31)。术后比较两组种植体植入点、根尖点和角度偏差。结果 数字化静态导板组植入点偏差为0.98±0.21 mm,根尖点偏差为1.34±0.21 mm和角度偏差为3.20±0.67°;种植机器人组植入点偏差为0.49±0.25 mm,根尖点偏差为0.57±0.23 mm,角度偏差为1.95±0.82°。两组种植体的植入点、根尖点和角度偏差有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 与静态导板相比,种植机器人辅助无牙颌种植手术的精确性更高。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of dental implant placement with digital static guides and the robotic system in completely edentulous patients.Methods Eight completely edentulous patients in the Department of Oral Implantology,The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The first group was treated with digital static guides(n=31),and the second group was treated with the robotic system(n=31).Deviations between the placed and the planned implants were calculated after surgery.Results In the digital static guides group,the deviation at implant platform 0.98±0.21 mm,the deviation at implant apex was 1.34±0.21 mm,and the angle deviation was 3.20±0.67°.In the robotic system group,the three deviations were 0.49±0.25 mm,0.57±0.23mm,and 1.95±0.82°,respectively.There were significant differences in the three deviations between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusions Compared with the static guides,the accuracy of the robotic system is higher in completely edentulous patients.
