摘　　要：大数据、云计算等数字化技术与食品行业的融合发展,不仅有效提高了营养健康管理及食品安全效率和质量,还进一步促进了营养健康管理及食品安全向数字化、精细化以及智能化方向发展。为持续深化大数据等数字化技术在食品行业中的应用,本文分析了大数据背景下营养健康管理及食品安全,以供相关食品行业从业人员参考。The integrated development of digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing and the food industry has not only effectively improved the efficiency and quality of nutrition and health management and food safety,but also further promoted the development of nutrition and health management and food safety in the direction of digitization,refinement and intelligence.In order to continue to deepen the application of big data and other digital technologies in the food industry,this article analyzes nutrition and health management and food safety under the background of big data,for the reference of relevant food industry practitioners.
