摘　　要：针对“三全育人”对高校思想政治教育所提出的新要求,为实现专业课教学与思政元素融合,以《保险原理与实务》课程为例展开课程思政育人探索与实践研究。要将思政教育融入保险原理与实务课程,首先要依据思政育人对课程教学提出的新要求并结合课程本身属性,采用多元信息交互沟通手段挖掘本课程思政育人元素,以建立课程思政育人切入路径;其次,在此基础上综合分析课程知识与思政元素拓扑关系结构,以建立专业知识与思政元素之间的多元交互矩阵并结合多种创新教学手段,建立课程思政育人教学新范式;最后,要将课程思政教学范式付诸实践并进行多元化评价以实现教学效果优化,从而为财经专业相关专业课程进行思政教育提供重要参考依据。In response to the new requirements for“holistic education”for ideological and political education in universities,this study explores and practices the integration of ideological and political elements into the Principles and Practices of Insurance course.Taking the“Principles and Practices of Insurance”course as an example,the study aims to uncover the connections between course instruction and ideological and political education.To integrate ideological and political education into the Insurance course,it is necessary to first analyze the new requirements for ideological and political education and the characteristics of the course.Interactive communication methods are then employed to explore the ideological and political elements within the course,establishing a pathway for integrating ideological and political education into the course.Furthermore,by analyzing the topological relation between course knowledge and ideological elements,a multidimensional matrix of interaction between professional knowledge and ideological elements is constructed.This is combined with innovative teaching methods to establish a new teaching paradigm for integrating ideological and political education into the course.Finally,the new teaching paradigm is put into practice and evaluated through various approaches to optimize teaching effectiveness,providing an important reference for incorporating ideological and political education into relevant courses in finance and economics.
