摘 要:目的:通过建立结构方程模型,分析新型冠状病毒疫苗接种工作人员工作满意度、职业倦怠及离职意愿的影响因素。方法:采取现况研究的方法,对泰州市2020年12月至2022年7月间各医疗机构从事新型冠状病毒疫苗接种工作的人员进行问卷调查。结果:结构方程模型的拟合优度指数AGFI=0.960,RMR=0.02,模型较好地拟合了数据;职业倦怠的检出率为60.56%;影响离职意愿的因素主要为职业倦怠(0.40)、满意度(-0.29)、基本情况(0.19)和职业压力(0.14)。结论:政府应加大投入力度,优化医疗执业环境,做好医务人员的职业发展规划,缓解其工作压力与负荷,从而保证预防接种服务水平和服务质量。Objective:To assess the influence factors of satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention in SARSCoV-2 vaccination workers by establishing structural equation model.Methods:By current situation investigation,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination workers in medical institutions in Taizhou city from December 2020 to July 2022.Results:The structural equation model fits the data well,AGFI was 0.960,RMR was 0.02.The detection rate of job burnout was 60.56%.The main factors affecting turnover intention were job burnout(0.40),satisfaction(-0.29),basic situation(0.19)and occupational pressure(0.14).Conclusion:The government should increase investment,optimize the medical practice environment,improve the career development plan of medical workers,alleviate their working pressure and load,thus ensure the level and quality of vaccination services.
