摘  要:以青稞和豌豆的幼苗为试验材料,评价不同质量浓度青刺尖油枯挥发物对其生长的影响,并研究其化感作用;测定青刺尖油枯气态挥发物对豌豆、青稞幼苗的IC_(50)值;最后,用GC-MS分析测定其挥发性成分.结果表明:在一定条件下,不同质量浓度的青刺尖油枯挥发物对两种植物幼苗的生长均表现出显著的影响,且作用效果随着质量浓度的增加,呈现出一定的规律.对豌豆幼苗的生长,各浓度在1~16 d每日间断处理,都显示抑制效果显著(P≤0.05),随着质量浓度的增加,抑制效果增强;2.88和1.44 g/cm^(3)质量浓度处理的抑制效果与黄花蒿一样,随着质量浓度的增加,抑制效果呈升高的趋势,豌豆幼苗的IC_(50)值为0.752μg/mL.青稞幼苗的生长,各浓度在1~16 d每日间断处理,0.18和0.36 g/cm^(3)质量浓度抑制效果显著(P≤0.05),随着质量浓度的增加,抑制效果减弱;0.72、1.44和2.88 g/cm^(3)质量浓度促进效果显著(P≤0.05),且随质量浓度的增加,促进效果呈先升高再下降的趋势,青稞幼苗的IC_(50)值为4.160μg/mL.结论:青刺尖油枯在0.18~2.88 g/cm^(3)质量浓度对青稞、豌豆的幼苗生长有不同影响,对豆科的豌豆,在此质量浓度范围均表现出抑制效果,而且呈现饱和效应;对禾本科的青稞,低质量浓度表现为抑制,高质量浓度表现为促进.GC-MS分析测定表明,青刺尖油枯有40种挥发性物质,主要有萜类、醇类、酯类、烷烃类和氮类等5大类,其中,萜类含量最高,是挥发性物质的主要成分.The allelopathy was studied by evaluating the effects of gaseous volatiles of Prinsepia utilis'oil residue with different mass concentrations on the growth of naked barley and pea seedlings.The IC_(50)of gaseous volatiles of P.utilis'oil residue on naked barley and pea seedlings was determined.Finally,the volatile components were determined by GC-MS.The results showed that,under certain conditions,different mass concentrations of gaseous volatiles of P.utilis'oil residue showed significant effects on the growth of seedlings of both plants.And the effect shows a certain pattern with the increase of mass concentration.Daily intermittent treatments from 1 d to 16 d was carried on the growth of pea seedlings.Each set of samples with different mass concentrations exhibited a significant inhibition effect(P≤0.05),and the inhibition effect increased with increasing mass concentration.Samples dealt with 2.88 and 1.44 g/cm^(3) showed the same inhibition effect of Artemisia annua,and the inhibition effect increased with increasing mass concentration.In addition,the IC_(50)for pea seedlings was 0.752μg/mL.The same treatment was taken for naked barley.Samples dealt with 0.18 and 0.36 g/cm^(3) showed significant inhibition effect(P≤0.05),and the inhibition effect decreased with increasing mass concentration.Samples dealt with 0.72 g/cm^(3),1.44 g/cm^(3) and 2.88 g/cm^(3) showed significant promotion effect(P≤0.05),and the promotion effect first increased and then decreased with increasing mass concentration.Moreover,the IC_(50)for naked barley seedlings was 4.160μg/mL.In conclusion,in the range of 0.18-2.88 g/cm^(3),the gaseous volatiles of P.utilis'oil residue has different effect on the growth of naked barley and pea seedlings.It shows inhibition and saturation effect on peas.As for naked barley,it shows inhibition effect with low mass concentrations and promotion with higher ones.The GC-MS analysis showed that there were 40 volatile substances in P.utilis'oil residue,mainly including terpenes,alcohols,esters,alkane
