摘　　要：以行业需求为导向培养出厚基础、强能力、重创新、高素质的复合型人才是社会发展的需求。结合目前高等教育课程思政的重要育人理念,通过线上线下混合式教学,实现知识、思维、素质、能力、理想信念和道德修养的一体化构建是培养复合型人才的重要途径。笔者将思政元素融入《有机化学》课程教学,课程建设与思政教育同向同行,助力正确价值理念复合型人才的培养,为专业课程思政教学的建设提供了新思路。It is the demand of social development to cultivate compound talents with strong foundation,strong ability,innovation and high quality oriented by industry demand.Combined with the important educational concept of ideological and political education in higher education courses,the integration of knowledge,thinking,quality,ability,ideal faith and moral cultivation through online and offline blended teaching is an important way to cultivate compound talents.The ideological and political elements was integrated into the teaching of Organic Chemistry course,and the course construction and ideological and political education were in the same direction.It helped to cultivate compound talents with correct value concepts,and new ideas were provided for the construction of ideological and political teaching in professional courses.
