摘　　要：结合当前医药技术发展现状,从实验内容、实验室安全管理、教学方式、师资力量等方面深度剖析了医学院校有机化学实验教学中存在的一系列问题,针对性的提出了具体的改革措施,从整合实验内容、实验室管理及实验过程引入SHE理念、教学方式创新及师资队伍建设方面进行了的探索与研究,从而使有机化学实验课程的教学质量和教学效果得到提升,为培养社会实用性人才提供基础。Based on the current situation of medical technology development,a series of problems in Organic Chemistry experiment teaching in medical colleges and universities from the aspects of experimental content,laboratory safety management,teaching methods,teaching power were deeply analyzed,and specific reform measures was put forward.From the integration of experimental content,the introduction of laboratory management and experimental process on SHE concept,teaching method innovation and teacher team construction,a new exploration and research was made,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of Organic Chemistry experiment course,and a basis was provided for cultivating social practical talents.
