摘 要:为有效防控高校实验室重大事故,提出基于复杂网络的高校实验室事故演化分析方法。根据高校实验室历史事故案例,识别高校实验室事故过程节点因素,梳理各因素之间的时序因果逻辑关系,构建高校实验室事故演化复杂网络模型,基于网络节点的出入度分析实验室事故节点的相互影响关系和聚类特性,确定高校实验室事故的关键节点。在此基础上,构建高校实验室事故演化的带权有向网络,采用Dijkstra算法评估从初始诱发事件出发到结果事件的高校实验室事故最短路径。结果表明,基于复杂网络的模型可以有效实现高校化学化工实验室事故演化关键节点和最短路径分析;实验操作者的侥幸心理、监控失效、反应失控、人员未经相应培训、易燃易爆品是引发实验室事故的重要因素;得到从初始事件至最终后果事件的9条最短路径,可为高校实验室重大事故防控提供有效支撑。To effectively prevent the major accident of university laboratory accident,a complex network based methodology is proposed in this study to conduct the evolution analysis of university laboratory accidents.According to the historical accident cases of college laboratory,identify the factors of college laboratory accident process nodes,sort out the temporal cause-effect logical relationship among the factors,construct the complex network model of college laboratory accident evolution,analyze the inter-influence relationship and clustering characteristics of laboratory acci dent nodes based on the access degree of network nodes,and determine the key nodes of college laboratory accidents.On this basis,a weighted directed network of college laboratory accident evolution is constructed,and Dijkstra's algorithm is used to evaluate the shortest path of college laboratory accidents from the initial precipitating event to the outcome event.The results show that the model based on complex network can effectively realize the analysis of key nodes and shortest paths for the evolution of chemical laboratory accidents in colleges;the fluke mentality of experimental operators,monitoring failure,uncontrolled reactions,personnel without appropriate training and flammable and explosive products are important factors triggering laboratory accidents;the nine shortest paths from the initial event to the final consequence event are obtained,which can provide effective support for the prevention and control of major accidents in college laboratories.
