摘　　要：智能包装除了具有传统包装的基本功能外,还能够给消费者实时展示产品的新鲜度。随着人们生活方式的改变,智能包装的应用范围不断扩大。本文概述了近年来国内外智能包装的发展现状,重点对pH指示器、时间-温度指示器、气体指示器、RFID标签4种不同类型智能包装的发展及应用进行了归纳整理。最后对智能包装产业的应用前景进行了展望,即在电商兴起的背景下,智能包装在食品、药品、现代物流行业与新零售领域有着极大的发展潜力。In addition to the basic functions of traditional packaging,intelligent packaging is also able to reflect the freshness of products to consumers in real time.With the change of people's lifestyle,the application scope of intelligent packaging is expanding.In this paper,we reviewed the development status of intelligent packaging at home and abroad in recent years,focusing on the development and application of four different types of intelligent packaging,including pH indicator,time temperature indicator,gas indicator and RFID tag.Finally,the application prospect of intelligent packaging industry is prospected,and it is believed that under the background of the rise of e-commerce,intelligent packaging has great development potential in the fields of food,medicine,modern logistics industry and new retail.
