摘　　要：印度文学在20世纪中国的翻译与研究,可以1949年为界分为前后两个时期。前期的译介与研究主要集中在古典梵语作品和泰戈尔文学两个领域,以译介居多,译者与研究者的工作多出于自身的兴趣爱好。后期译介的语种和文体范围均有所拓展,但译者与研究者20世纪50年代到80年代的工作在不同程度上受到当时社会历史环境等因素的影响。从20世纪90年代开始我国印度文学译介与研究进入较好的发展阶段,尤其近年的翻译和研究在语种上覆盖更全、在研究上更加深入。总体而言,我国的20世纪印度文学翻译与研究,重点作家和作品突出,北印度文学获得的关注超过南印度文学,研究方法逐渐丰富多样,如何总结中国学者的印度文学研究特点,如何以中国学者独有的立场研究印度文学,如何从印度多语种文学中发掘、译介更多有价值的作家作品是将来值得思考的问题。The translation and research of Indian literature in 20th-century China can be divided into two periods:before and after 1949.The early translation and research were mainly focused on two fields,classical Sanskrit works and Tagore literature,and the translators and researchers worked mostly out of their own interests.The language and stylistic scope of later translations have been expanded in the second period,but the work of translators and researchers from the 1950s to the 1980s has been influenced by external factors such as the social and historical environment at that time to varying degrees.Since the 1990s,the translation and research of Indian literature in China has entered a better stage of development,especially in recent years,when translation and research have become more comprehensive in terms of language coverage and more in-depth in terms of research.In general,the translation and research of 20th century Indian literature in China can be characterized as followings,prominent key writers and works are prominent.North Indian literature has received more attention than South Indian literature,and research methods are gradually enriched and diverse.How to summarize the characteristics of Indian literature research by Chinese scholars,how to study Indian literature from the unique standpoint of Chinese scholars,and how to discover and translate more valuable writers’works from Indian multilingual literature are the issues worth considering in the future.
