摘 要:依托学习通平台,探究BOPPPS教学模式在“谷物加工工艺与设备”课程教学中的应用。将BOPPPS教学模式中导入、目标、前测、参与学习等6个环节应用在“谷物加工工艺与设备”的稻谷清理一章的教学活动,并对其课堂教学效果进行评价。结果表明,采用BOPPPS教学模式的“谷物加工工艺与设备”混合式教学方式具有良好的教学成效,突出了学生为主导的教学理念,激发了学生兴趣,明确了教学目标,达到良好的教学收益。The application of BOPPPS teaching in the course of grain processing technology and equipment was explored based on learning platform.Introducing six links of BOPPPS teaching,such as goal pre-test and participation in learning into the teaching activities of the chapter of rice cleaning in grain processing technology and equipment,and evaluated its classroom teaching effect.The results showed that the mixed teaching of grain processing technology and equipment with BOPPPS teaching had good teaching effect,highlights the student-oriented teaching concept,stimulated students'interesting,clarifiesd teaching objectives and achieved good Teaching benefits.
