摘  要:针对线上教学发展和普及的同时暴露出的一些问题和弊端,“食品安全学”教学团队利用直播教学软件、独立SPOC课程及QQ群等教学平台将课前预习、互动式的直播教学、课后巩固教学及案例式课下讨论等线上教学环节进行了有机结合,创设了多元化混合、互动式线上课堂教学模式,实现了教学目标,取得了良好的效果。另外,开展了“转基因食品是否应该大规模推广应用”的线上讨论与辩论,分为组织与准备、线上讨论与辩论、教师点评与总结3个部分,讨论与辩论的环节极大地活跃了课堂氛围,学生们参与的积极性和观点的专业性均超出了原本的预期,学生对于转基因食品的理解也更加深入与透彻。In view of some problems and drawbacks exposed at the same time as the development and popularization of online teaching,the teaching team of Food Safety uses live teaching software,independent SPOC courses and QQ groups to organically combine online teaching links such as pre-class preview,interactive live teaching,after-class consolidation teaching and case-based after-class discussion,and created a diversified mixed and interactive online classroom teaching mode to achieve teaching objectives and achieve good results.In addition,the online discussion and debate on“whether genetically modified foods should be promoted and applied on a large scale”was carried out,which was divided into three parts:organization and preparation,online discussion and debate,teacher comments and summaries,and the discussion and debate links greatly enlivened the classroom atmosphere,the enthusiasm and professionalism of students'participation and views exceeded the original expectations,and the students'understanding of genetically modified foods was more in-depth and thorough.
